Cách làm bánh khoai mỡ chiên: Sau khi ủ bột đủ 30 phút, xoa tay với một ít bột năng để chống dính rồi chia bột và nặn thành hình bánh như ý muốn. Rồi cho dầu ăn vào chảo nóng, dầu sôi cho từng miếng bột vào, dùng đũa đảo để bánh được vàng đều.
