Món cá ngừ kho tỏi ớt với thịt cá ngừ bùi bùi thấm đều gia vị tỏi ớt cay nồng. Là món ngon khi dùng với cơm nóng, hoặc ăn với bún cũng tuyệt lắm. Rất dễ thực hiện.
Nấu sốt kho cá ngừ: Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào, cho tỏi ớt băm nhuyễn vào xào thơm. Đổ thêm 1 cốc nước lọc, cho 2 muỗng canh muối, 2 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, nước màu, nấu sôi lên. Sau đó tắt bếp, để nguội một lúc.
Cách kho cá ngừ: Xếp cá ngừ vào nồi, rồi đổ nước sốt gia vị đã làm trên vào cá. Để cá như vậy ướp khoảng 15 phút cho cá thấm đều gia vị.
Bắc nồi cá ngừ kho lên bếp. Đun lửa nhỏ vừa, kho cá ngừ sôi nhẹ thì cho thêm nước sôi vào xâm xấp cá. Khi nồi cá ngừ kho sôi lên lần nữa thì hạ lửa nhỏ liu riu, kho khoảng 20 phút thì được.
Cho cá ngừ kho ra đĩa, ăn với cơm nóng rất ngon. Món cá ngừ kho tỏi ớt đơn giản, thịt cá bùi, dễ ngấm vị, rất đưa cơm, không sợ bị ngấy mỡ nhé.
