Bật lò trước ở 375 độ F. Trứng gà đánh tan, sau đó bạn cho kem sữa tươi vào, đánh đều, trộn bột bắp vàng, bột mì đa dụng, muối, baking soda, đường lại với nhau rồi rây vào hỗn hợp trứng, tiếp tục trộn đều. Xúc xích cắt nhỏ như hình.
Xịt một lớp bơ hoặc dầu lên khay nướng. nếu không có bơ xịt, bạn tráng dầu bằng tay nhé. Rót hỗn hợp bột vào 1/3 khuôn, không rót quá đầy nha, sau đó cho xúc xích vào giữa phần bột. Nướng bánh trong 8-12 phút cho đến khi bánh chín vàng.
Để bánh nguội 5 phút trước khi lấy bánh ra khỏi khay nha. Bạn có thể bảo quản bánh trong tủ lạnh trong trường hợp không dùng hết. Khi muốn hâm lại bánh, bạn nướng bánh 30 phút nhé!
