Canh chân giò hầm rau củ là món ăn bổ dưỡng và quen thuộc đối với mỗi gia đình Việt Nam. Với chỉ vài bước đơn giản bạn đã có 1 nồi canh thơm ngon, lạ mắt và hấp dẫn hơn trong mâm cơm gia đình.
Rửa sạch chân giò qua với nước một lần, dùng dao cạo sạch phần móng, lấy chanh và muối xát vào phần móng giò cho thật sạch. Chân giò chặt miếng cho vào bát nước sôi, đảo đều để sát trùng chân giò. Sau đó, vớt ra ngoài rửa lại một lần nữa và để ráo. Cà rốt, khoai tây nạo vỏ cắt miếng vừa ăn.
Bắc nồi lên bếp, cho dầu ăn vào đun nóng. Bỏ hành tây vào phi thơm. Rồi đổ nước lọc vào, cho chân giò vào nồi cùng 1 chút xốt nêm từ thịt Knorr; bật nhỏ lửa nấu cho đến khi nước sôi lăn tăn, thì cho cà rốt và khoai tây vào nồi. Đun sôi, rồi nêm nếm lại vừa ăn.
Cuối cùng, sau khi món ăn đã hoàn thành, thì cho rau mùi, hành vào đảo đều cho thơm. Hoặc có thể dùng làm trang trí món ăn.
