Bánh mì cắt lát theo chiều ngang dày khoảng 1.5-2 cm. Rau sống nhặt sạch, rửa sạch.
Hành tây, củ sắn và cà rốt cắt hạt lựu. Thịt bò băm nhuyễn.
Nấm mèo ngâm nở cắt nhỏ. Hành lá cắt nhỏ.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi rót ra chén, cho hành lá vào trộn đều làm mỡ hành.
Tiếp tục đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm và hành tây vào đảo đều tay. Sau đó thêm nấm mèo, cà rốt, củ sắn vào, nêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Xào cho rau củ chín thì cho thịt bò vào, đảo đều cho thịt bò chín thì tắt bếp.
Cho bánh mì vào xửng hấp khoảng 3-5 phút cho mềm.
Trong 1 chén trộn đều 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh nước sôi, 1/2 muỗng canh đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1/4 muỗng cà phê ớt băm và 1 muỗng cà phê nước cốt chanh để làm nước chấm. Thêm đồ rau củ ngâm chua vào chén nước chấm để ăn cùng.
Cho bánh mì hấp ra đĩa, thêm thịt đồ xào lên trên. Khi ăn cuốn với rau sống chấn kèm với nước mắm và đồ chua nhé!
