Nui luộc chín với 1 chút muối và dầu ăn, sau đó vớt ra để ráo. Rau củ bạn có thể tùy chọn theo sở thích như cà rốt, bông cải xanh, bắp non, ớt chuông... Sau đó rửa sạch, thái miếng vừa ăn. Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, cho rau củ vào xào chín.
Trộn nước sốt trong 1 cái tô: bơ đậu phộng, giấm táo, nước tương, nước cốt chanh, nước cốt dừa, đường nâu cho hòa quyện. Khi rau củ đã chín, bạn cho phần nui đã luộc vào, kế tiếp là tô sốt vừa pha, trộn đều rồi tắt bếp.
